Folios 274-275: Francis Fayerman, HMS Athenian, Portsmouth. He reports that Midshipmen Alexander Brown and Thomas Crab did not have his permission not to sail with the ship and knew when they should be onboard. He returns their statement which he says is untrue from beginning to end.
