Folios 259-260: Francis Fayerman, HMS Athenian, Portsmouth. He writes to confirm that the Admiralty received the letters from him that he wrote during the voyage of HMS Athenian during which they sailed as far as Saipan. On the voyage home they escorted the China convoy as far as St. Helena.
Folios 261-264: enclosed with folios 259-260. Francis Fayerman. An account of the voyage of HMS Athenian to China by date, course and latitude and longitude, accompanied by the remarks and observations of the Captain. Folio 265: note.
Folios 266: enclosed with folios 259-260. Admiralty note that the paper from Captain Fayerman is to be sent to the Hydrographers Office.
