Folios 232-233: Edward Fellowes, HMS Apollo. His brother has been enlisting men in the Milford district for service on HMS Apollo. He wrote to Admiral Young at Plymouth requesting him to send the men to Portsmouth for his ship. He encloses a letter from Admiral Young stating that Admiralty orders are that unless the men are raised by an Officer of a specific ship they are to be allocated generally among ships of the Navy.
Folios 234-235: enclosed with folios 232-233. Letter dated 5 September 1805 by Admiral Young, Plymouth to Edward Fellowes, HMS Apollo, in which he informs him that the men raised at Milford will be allocated generally among the Navy.
