Folio 211: enclosed with folios 209-210. Letter dated 15 December 1803 by Samuel Hood, Commodore and Commander in Chief, Barbados and the Leeward Islands. Order to William Ferris, HMS Drake, to take temporary command of HMS Blenheim during the absence of Captain Graves.
