Folios 652-654: John Fyffe, HMS Cyclops, off Lymington. Encloses a letter received from :Lieutenant Henry Fryer asking to be removed into HMS Reindeer. He would be pleased if his request could be granted.
Folio 654: enclosure with folios 652-653. Letter dated 2 September 1804 from Henry Fryer, HMS Cyclops, to John Fyffe. As he wishes to serve in a more active ship and continue to serve with him, asks for an application to be made for him to be appointed to the sloop [HMS Reindeer] under his command.
