Folios 594-595: Alexander Fraser, HMS Hindostan, the Nore. The majority of the Seamen turned over from HMS Duquesne have said that they went form England in different ships to the West Indies without having been paid off at the late Peace and have continued in the service ever since. They request to be allowed the Bounty according to precedents set in other ships. Asks for directions.
