Folios 624-625: Robert Forbes, HMS Pluto, Long Reach. Announcing his arrival at this anchorage this evening, as Mr Ross the Pilot having told him the ship's draft was too great to remain at Galion's Reach without grounding, he had directed him to proceed here. He is preparing to sail for the Nore, where he will await further orders.
