Folios 578-579: Robert Forbes, Liverpool. Advising that the man named in Admiralty letter of 9 July as Nathaniel Campbell is actually a native of Ireland and his real name is Patrick Forley - an affidavit to that effect is enclosed. Notes that Forley was sent to Plymouth on the Friendship tender ten days ago.
Folio 580: enclosure with folios 578-579. Affidavit dated 29 June 1803 signed by Hugh Forley and William Heyes, labourers, that Patrick Forley, a labourer who was impressed the previous day, was born in Newry, Ireland.
