Folios 192-193: William FitzRoy, HMS Mutine, Chatham. Report receiving on board at Spithead a deserter from the Chatham Division of Royal Marines with orders from Admiral Mark Milbanke [Milbank] to put him on board the Flag Ship at the Nore, but on his arrival there, not finding any ship there have brought him to this place and awaits orders.
