This Minute Book records various meetings leading up to Amalgamation of (1) Nottingham, Vale of Belvoir and Grantham Railway, (2) Nottingham Erewash Valley, Amber Gate and Manchester Railway, (3) Nottingham and Boston Railway; amalgamated line to be called "Amber Gate, Nottingham and Boston and Eastern Junction Railway Company".
