Incorporated as Rosebush and Fishguard Railway Company by Rosebush and Fishguard Railway Act 8th August 1878. Name changed to North Pembrokeshire and Fishguard Railway Company under North Pembrokeshire and Fishguard Railway Act 7th August 1884. This company was vested in Great Western Railway Company as from 12th February 1898 by North Pembrokeshire and Fishguard Railway Act 20th June 1899.
