Portsmouth Officers. The Glasgow, Captain Loyd, has been found to have planks at the water's edge which need replacing. Her bottom, which is damaged by worm, may be made serviceable by sheathing. Propose to undock her from the Great Dock and dock her in the South Dock. Ask for directions.
