Plymouth Officers. As the Norfolk is not now required to be fitted to carry beer from the Commissioners of Victualling for the use of ships ordered to be fitted here, propose she is used to store the ship's cables, which now lie in the plank houses which will be wanted for Messrs. Astell's and Scrimshire's Danzig plank.
