Description

J. Fletcher, Storekeeper, Plymouth. On opening a bale of Marine clothing, which appeared wet, it was found to contain only 30 instead of 33 pairs of stockings. As there is some disquiet among the Marines, asks for 10 complete suits of Serjeants and 10 of Drummers to be sent by land.
