Constituted under Minutes of respective companies dated 13th June 1879. Last recorded Minutes from 3.12.1880 to 21.3.1882 are of representatives of Pembroke and Tenby Railway Company only. Pembroke and Tenby Railway Company was amalgamated with Great Western Railway Company as from 1st July 1887 by Great Western Railway (Additional Powers) Act 6th August 1897, and Manchester and Milford Railway Company was vested in Great Western Railway Company as from 1st July 1911 by Manchester and Milford Railway Vesting Act of 2nd June 1911.
