Company was amalgamated with Ogmore Valley Railway Company to form Llynvi and Ogmore Railway Company by Llynvi and Ogmore Railway Act of 28th June 1866. Llynvi and Ogmore Railway Company was amalgamated with Great Western Railway Company as from 1st July 1883 by Great Western and Llynvi and Ogmore Railways Amalgamation Act 29th June 1883.
