James Henry HALLAM alias SELAM, better known as James Francis CASEY, in association with Thomas REYNOLDS and Morgan Charles WALSH: obtaining £15,000 by means of confidence trick in Paris.
Note: CASEY was never previously convicted in this country but had several previous convictions in Australia, his birth-place. This may account for some of the failure to identify from the Criminal Record Office photo albums.
