Reginald Arthur GRAHAM: Manslaughter by Richard Joshua REYNOLDS on the Bath Road, SLOUGH (Bucks Police area) on 14th May 1929 Later same day arrested for dangerous driving at CHISWICK but convicted on the former charge. Imprisoned 5 months and deportation proceedings attempted, but REYNOLDS left U.K. voluntarily
