Technically, this series belongs to the category of General Series (as part of the Railway Clearing House Minutes series), but for reasons unknown the records were originally filed in both IETC 1 and RCH 1 series in BTHR. On adding material to RAIL 327 (formerly IETC 1) the existence of other records in RCH 1 was discovered. Examination of all the records showed that the conference masqueraded under a number of titles and that to give some clear indication of this in the RCH list would not be practicable as the records do not all appear together in the list for that series. For this reason, and to allow simple explanation to be given, the records of both series are described in the following list. No attempt has been made to bring them all together in RCH 1 (which would be even more confusing) or in this series (which would technically be incorrect procedure).
