Under London & North Western Railway (Additional Powers) Act 9th August 1899, company was transferred to and vested in London & North Western Railway Company as from 1st July 1899. London & North Western Railway Company was vested in London Midland & Scottish Railway Company under North Western, Midland and West Scottish Group Amalgamation Scheme 1922 dated 30th December 1922.
