Description

Folios 175-195. Industrial Property Convention: forwards copy of memoranda by C N Dalton, Comptroller General of Patents Designs and Trade Marks, on the subject of Section 2 of the Trade Marks Act passed in the United States; requests further information regarding Germany and the USA's laws contravene the spirit of the Industrial Property Convention.
