British Emigration to Virginia: Emigrants' Information Office warns against the scheme to encourage British emigration of the poor to be labourers on Virginia farms due to the 'climate' and 'the general employment of black labour'; forwards copy of a warning displayed by the organisation that no reliable information had reached the Office.
