Description

Folios 85-91. Regarding the alternative scheme proposed by the Eastern and associated Telegraph Companies to counter the German scheme for laying a cable between Vigo and the Canaries: reports discussion between Monsieur Cambon and Senor Gullon on the German scheme; informs of attitude of King Alfonso of Spain on the matter.
