Description

Folios 69-75. Reports suggestion from Monsieur Cambon that Sir Monsieur De Bunsen be instructed to cooperate with the French Ambassador in urging Spanish Government not to commit themselves to the German cable concession until the submission of an Anglo-French proposal.

From Sir Charles Hardinge, the Foreign Office, sent 25 July 1906.
