The Evesham and Redditch Railway Company was incorporated under act of 13th July 1863.
Under Section 29 of Midland Railway (Additional Powers) Act of 12th July 1882, company was absolutely vested in Midland Railway as from 1st July 1882, and under Section 31 of Midland Railway Act of 25th June 1886, Evesham & Redditch Railway Company was dissolved.
