The Duffryn, Llynvi and Porthcawl Railway Company was incorporated under Duffryn Llynvi & Porthcawl Railway Act 10th June 1825.
It was acquired by Llynvi Valley Railway Company by Llynvi Valley Railway (Duffryn Llynvi & Porthcawl Consolidation) Act 22nd July 1847.
