The Crowhurst, Sidley and Bexhill Railway Company was incorporated under an act of 15th July 1897. The Line was worked by South Eastern and Chatham Railway Company's Managing Committee.
Crowhurst, Sidley and Bexhill Railway Company was absorbed by South Eastern and Chatham Railway Company as from 1st January 1907.
