The Cranbrook and Paddock Wood Railway was incorporated under an act of 2nd August 1877.
Under an act of 10th July 1900, rights and powers of Cranbrook and Paddock Wood Railway Company were transferred to South Eastern Railway Company from and after passing of the act.
