The Cleobury Mortimer and Ditton Priors Light Railway Company was authorised under Cleobury Mortimer and Ditton Priors Light Railway Order 1901.
It was absorbed into Great Western Railway Company as from 1st January 1922 by the Great Western Railway (Western Group) Preliminary Absorption Scheme (No.1) dated 9th May 1922.
