First meeting recorded is that held on 6th October 1845. There were apparently two committees of directors, one at Leeds and one in London, and disagreement seems to have arisen between them. The company does not appear to have obtained an act and at last meeting recorded, that of 27th April 1846, a resolution to wind up and return moneys in hand to the scripholders was carried.
