This railway was managed by a committee consisting of three directors nominated by South Eastern Railway Company and three directors nominated by London & Croydon Railway Company. Meetings were held from 11th August 1843 until 12th November 1845. At last the meeting, the secretary was authorised to hand over books of accounts and minutes of committee meetings to the South Eastern Railway Company.
