Ratification of commercial treaty with Cuba: notes of an interview between Sir Edward Grey, Sir Eldon Gorst and Algernon Law, and a deputation representing ship owners and various chambers of commerce, led by Austin Taylor MP; with a letter of apology from Alfred L Jones of Elder Dempster and Co, who was unable to attend, with a printed statement defending Cuba's position and denying American influence in the treaty negotiations.
