Description

Folios 395-399. Ratification of commercial treaty: reports the Minister for Foreign Affairs has been unable to secure ratification and it is now impossible in the current session; in the next session the Government will have a majority and can assure ratification.

From Lionel Carden, Havana, sent 15 February 1906.
