Material found among the records of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury (PCC) but not originating in that court or relating to probate jurisdictions whose records are held by other appointed places of deposit.

These records were probably used by the PCC or other ecclesiastical courts for reference purposes.

Includes some of the records of Thomas Cromwell's probate jurisdiction as vice-gerent of the Church of England, of the Royal Visitation of 1559 and of the Lord Chancellor's visitation of the Royal Hospital of St Katharine's by the Tower 1698.
