The remainder contains correspondence and papers belonging to the later years of Lord Milner's career when he was successively chairman of a Home Food Production Committee, 1915, a member of the War Cabinet, 1916-1918, Secretary of State for War, 1918, and Secretary of State for the Colonies, 1919-1921.
