Description

This series contains one file in the Ministry of Power STATS series representing the ministry's work involving the collection, analysis and publication of statistics collected by or provided for all branches of the ministry. From 1969 onwards, files previously carrying a Ministry of Power STATS prefix were renumbered as SD prefix files. The one file in this series, which relates to the sale of natural gas to industrial consumers, was not re-numbered.

Files originally carrying the Ministry of Power Statistics STATS prefix related to the collection, analysis and publication of statistics collected by or provided for all branches of the Ministry.

From 1969 onwards, files previously carrying a Ministry of Power STATS prefix were renumbered as SD prefix files. The SD prefix was subsequently used for all files relating to statistics collected for or provided by divisions concerned with fuel industries and energy policy. The file in this present series was not re-numbered.
