Description

Folios 258-261. Preference given to non British vessels in Madero Docks [Puerto Madero], Buenos Aires: reports origin of the rumour in a specific instance, action taken and the reason for congestion. With a cutting from the Buenos Aires Herald reporting the question in the House of Commons.
