Folios 291-293. Letter from William Nisbett, Debtors' Side, Newgate, pleading for written confirmation that his £60 annuity was to be included in the Parliamentary estimate of the Island of St John [later Prince Edward Island]. Enclosed is a memorandum of 25 May to Nisbett from Mr Dick stating his inability to advance further funds without proof of Nisbett's inclusion in the Secretary of State's Order.
