Folios 274-277. Letter from Colonel Oliver De Lancey, Deputy Adjutant-General, at Manchester [Lancashire], sending the Home Secretary a copy of the report that he had made to the Secretary-at-War. Enclosed is a copy of De Lancey's letter to Sir George Yonge regarding the [2nd Regiment of Dragoons, the Scots Greys], enclosing copies of relevant documents [at HO 42/20/228 folios 520-523], and describing the reassuring outcome of his interview with Colonel [David Home].
