Description

Folios 271-272. Letter from William Gascoigne, a Middlesex and Westminster magistrate for 18 years, offering himself for appointment as a magistrate under the new Bill, stating that William Mainwaring could testify to his qualifications and experience, and citing [Alexander Trotter], Navy Paymaster, as a character witness.
