Description

Justice Cook: forwards printed report of the Commissioners on the enquiry into charges against the senior puisne judge, with appendices, related correspondence and Executive Council minutes. If Cook's suspension is confirmed Governor asks that no appointment be made until he has reported further. ['In the matter of the suspension of Mr. John Cook, Puisne Judge of Trinidad and Tobago. The case for the Privy Council' printed for the Colonial Office as West Indian No. 69, see CO 884/4/37].
