In reply to circular despatch of 23 February states that 12 copies of the Kew Bulletin are received, and distributed to the District Agricultural Boards, the Botanical Gardens and the Public Library. The bulletin is readily accessible to anyone wishing to see it, but he suggests that some content might usefully be republished in the Trinidad Agricultural Record.
