Folio 462. Opinion of the Sir Archibald Macdonald [Attorney-General] and Sir John Scott [Solicitor-General] that indictments should be prepared against the 3 alleged rioters [Mary Cox, Robert Cook and William Rice] so far committed by the Worcestershire magistrates, but that counsel's opinion should be taken on the sufficiency of the evidence to achieve a conviction before the Bills are carried to the Grand Jury.
