The Information Rights Tribunal hears appeals from notices issued by the Information Commissioner regarding breaches of the law on Freedom of Information, Data Protection, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. Up until 17 January 2010 the Information Rights Tribunal was called the Information Tribunal.
