The Office of Project and Programme Advice & Training (OffPAT) was a membership network that operates a value for money, shared services approach to programme and project best practice. It aimed to support the growth of effective programme and project cultures within its member organisations, ensuring the delivery and evaluation of economic development and regeneration programmes and projects. OffPAT worked closely with the Regional Development Agencies, the Welsh Assembly, and central government.
