Description

Prisoner's name: Frances Elizabeth Neall.

Court and date of trial: Guildhall Session 16 July 1830.

Crime: Failure to keep the peace - Mother Ann Maria Neall in fear of death.

Initial sentence: Recognisance of £40 with two sureties of £20 to keep the Peace.

Other papers: List of Criminal Lunatic at Giltspur Street Prison in the City of London with Surgeons' certificate that she is insane and should be removed to a proper receptacle for insane persons (Peckham House Asylum)
