Petition of Charles Grattan, fellow of Trinity College, Dublin, to queen, for exemption from requirement that fellows take holy orders within three years of proceeding MA. He wishes to pursue his law studies, but fellowship in law which is exempt from ordination requirement is taken, so wishes dispensation by royal prerogative from ordination requirement.
