Description

This series contains forms and schedules, contribution cards, and returns and audits from various branches of the Ministry of Pensions, the Home Office, the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of National Insurance and the Ministry of Pensions and National Insurance.

The series include records of the Byssinosis (Benefit) Scheme (1941) and the Pneumoconiosis Medical Panel (1920 to 1963) as well as applications for unemployment books, showing records of unemployment insurance contributions from 1920 to 1949.
