Anna Costas PANAYI: convicted of procuring the miscarriage of a woman at 5 Yerbury Road, Holloway, London, on 11 January 1972. PANAYI and Andreas SOCRATOUS convicted of corruption after attempting to bribe a police officer. Antonis MENELAOU, editor of Greek language 'Kosmos' newspaper, convicted of unlawfully publishing committal proceedings without the lifting of the reporting ban, following the publication of an article containing details of evidence in the case.
