'The Balcombe Street Gang': Martin Joseph O'CONNELL, Edward BUTLER, Henry or Harry DUGGAN and Hugh DOHERTY, members of a Provisional IRA Active Service Unit, which allegedly kidnapped Basil John DALTON and Police Constable Michael David LLOYD in separate incidents at the National Car Park, Semley Place, Victoria, London SW1, in October 1974 and also allegedly fired shots at Police Constable Ian Clive KILBURN at St Andrews Road, London W14, on 20 January 1975.
